Bringing a wealth of experience from over a decade in hospitality and eight years as our Head Chef, Amber invites you into the heart of The Butler – our kitchen. Join her in Juanita’s Bar once a month for a journey through flavours and techniques, learning to make three dishes from our menu archives.

Your $185 ticket includes –
Experience a seasonal salsa demonstration, prepare a cured ceviche or crudo paired with an agave cocktail, and master another signature dish. Learn to dress tacos and tostadas with these creations, all showcasing the finest seasonal produce.

Take home a Butler-branded canvas bag packed with personalised recipe cards, jars of our house-made salsas, and a handpicked collection of dried and fresh Mexican ingredients to recreate the dishes at home
