Head Chef, Amber Doig, brings a wealth of experience to The Butler, including an exciting Ibero-American influenced menu, with bold and zesty flavours. The menu consists of visually appealing, modern share plates featuring acidic raw fish dishes; spicy slow cooked proteins and tangy salads and sides. Our drinks possess beautiful, tangy and compelling cocktails featuring bright colours, pretty garnishes and irresistible flavours. Premium wines with selections from boutique Australian and International suppliers make up our wine list.
