Events At The Butler Potts Point

From birthday to hens parties, corporate events or product launches, we look forward to bringing your celebration to life at The Butler.

Imagine hosting your next event amongst our decor and sweeping views of the Sydney skyline. The Butler is the perfect location to play host to your social or corporate event, whether intimate or lavish, we encourage creativity and provide flexibility in our space.

From birthdays, hens and engagement parties, bridal showers, to product launches and breakfast events, our chic spaces are perfect for your next celebration.

We offer three distinct event spaces available for hire from Sunday through Friday. To maintain our restaurant’s intimate atmosphere, we have limited availability for large groups on Saturdays. On Saturdays, we accommodate group bookings of up to 20 guests in our main dining area, but we do not offer cocktail events or exclusive hire. For larger gatherings or special events, please consider our Sunday to Friday options.

Celebrating a special event, planning a lunch meeting, or gathering with friends? Book our Group Dining menu for 16 or more guests, and receive a $150 dining credit on us to enjoy at a later date.

Our Group Dining menu offer is exclusively available this winter, so join us from June to August and make the most of this special.

OUR SPACES

The Dining Room

The colonial-inspired dining room is an impressive space located down stairs at the venue. The room features high ceilings, botanical wallpaper, luxurious banquette seating, plantation ceiling fans and a stunning gold framed bar. The open plan restaurant and flexible seating allows the space to be booked exclusively for up to 75 guests, seated on scattered tables accommodating 6-10 people per table. We accept non-exclusive group bookings up to 16 people maximum.

Juanita's Bar

With pink hues, cozy corners and a polished bar, this space is perfect for a cocktail event. The bar adjoins the mezzanine balcony that overlooks the dining room and has views of the city skyline.

The Terrace

The Terrace is a tropical oasis with panoramic views of Sydney's city skyline. Adorned with an abundance of plants, the greenery surrounds wooden tables and wicker chairs, framing the alfresco dining experience. The space is fully covered inclusive of drop-down blinds and fitted with fans & heaters, perfect to cater for all seasons & weather conditions. The Terrace is proudly the crown jewel of The Butler, a hidden gem perfect to impress guests at your next event. We accept non-exclusive group bookings of up to 6 people maximum on the terrace due to noise restrictions.

Exclusive Events

Whether you’re hosting a company exclusive celebration, launching a new product, organising a media event or more, our beautiful venue, delicious food and extensive drinks list will create a memorable occasion for your celebration. Our full venue is available to hire for up to 130 people for a cocktail event.
