This winter, we’re giving you the best reason to make Sunday lunch an occasion – a centrepiece Porchetta, slow-roasted by Chef Amber Doig.

Deeply flavoured, gloriously crispy, and utterly indulgent. The kind of Sunday lunch you’ll find yourself looking forward to all week.

Expect pork belly slow-roasted to crispy, tender perfection, finished with a fresh salsa verde – alongside a spread of seasonal sides that are just as carefully considered. Scroll down for the full menu.

$55 per person. Every Sunday this winter.

Pork belly butterflied, rolled and seasoned with our green chorizo, roasted until crispy and tender, finished with fresh salsa verde (GF, DF)

Served with
Roast Jerusalem artichokes with toasted sunflower seed & tahini, finished with fresh truffle (Vegan, GF)
Winter leaves with aji verde, fresh radish and Reggiano Parmigiano (V, GF)
Flash fried brussel sprouts, with lime, fresh herbs, brown butter crema (V, GF)
