Bring Your Group To The Butler This July. We’ll Bring The Champagne.

Book in for our banquet menu at The Butler this July and we’ll get the celebration started – a champagne toast on us, compliments of the house.

For groups of 8 or more dining on our banquet menus throughout July, you’ll enjoy a bottle of Taittinger Champagne for the table. It’s the perfect excuse to gather before the season’s out.

Choose from two menus designed for sharing, both led by Chef Amber Doig:

Butler’s Banquet – $79 per person

AP Sourdough with koji seaweed butter, buffalo mozzarella with heirloom tomato & red chile miso, homemade green chorizo, mushroom and corn truffle empanadas, and the centrepiece – Lamb Barbacoa served VIP style with warm tortillas and house-made salsas.

Enhanced Banquet – $98 per person

Everything above, elevated. Oysters with hibiscus & shiso mignonette, yellowfin tuna ceviche, king prawns with chintexle & red chilli brown butter, sautéed cuttlefish, and Jack’s Creek bone-in dry aged sirloin.

Available for groups of 8 or more on our banquet menus (Butlers Banquet and Enhanced Banquet only), Monday to Sunday throughout July 2026. One bottle of Champagne will be provided for groups of 8 or more.
