The Butler’s hero Lamb Barbacoa – slow-cooked, generous, and worth coming back for – is on the table, taco style, every Tuesday this winter.

For just $40, you’ll enjoy rich, smoky shreds of twelve-hour braised lamb with warm corn tortillas and a serve of shoestring fries on the side.

Build it your way: pile it high, layer the salsas, add those incredible pulls of slow-cooked lamb. There’s no wrong way to do Tuesday Table – only your way.

Dining solo or bringing a crowd? Either works. Walk-ins always welcome.

Slow-cooked and Oaxacan-inspired, braised for twelve hours until it falls apart at the touch of a fork. Born from Amber’s training in Mexican and Ibero-American cooking and refined over years in our kitchen, it’s a plate guests travel across Sydney for.
