Anchored in the chic backstreets of Potts Point, The Butler stands as a testament to Sydney’s evolving culinary landscape. Here, the sophisticated charm of Sydney’s most cosmopolitan enclave meets the bold flavours of Mexico City’s Polanco and Roma Norte districts.
We’ve redefined premium dining with our innovative Mexican seafood offerings. Each dish is a masterpiece, marrying the bounty of Australia’s coastline with complex flavours inspired by Mexican ingredients and techniques. All our event menus are created by The Butler’s Head Chef Amber Doig, with variety of sit down and cocktail style menus to choose from.
Guests with special dietary requirements will receive appropriate replacements, but the menus already include lots of fantastic gluten free and vegetarian options.
