We’ve redefined premium dining with our innovative Mexican seafood offerings. Each dish is a masterpiece, marrying the bounty of Australia’s coastline with complex flavours inspired by Mexican ingredients and techniques. All our event menus are created by The Butler’s Head Chef Amber Doig, with variety of sit down and cocktail style menus to choose from.
