This Sunday the 17th of November, we’re brushing up on our brunching game with a creative morning with Sally Spratt from The Lust List.

We’ve partnered with the world’s oldest aperitif from Bordeaux to bring an energizing spritz menu available throughout Spring and this Sunday we’re making it bottomless!

2. Enjoy an impressive brunch grazing station overlooking one of the best views in Sydney

Our Head Chef, Amber Doig, has curated a delicious brunch grazing station influenced by her creative Ibero-American flavours. Grab a plate and fill it with seasonal fruit, guacamole on sourdough, homemade bagels & more. Since we’re ticking off the ultimate brunch bucket list, the grazing station will be situated on our terrace so you can ‘brunch with a view’.

3. Be inspired by Sally Spratt

Don’t miss the opportunity to meet & greet with the talented Artist and Instagram sensation, Sally Spratt. Sally is the creative behind The Lust List, a collection of illustrations that have become as luxurious and aspirational as the products that inspired their beginnings. The Lust List began in 2013 as an Instagram account that Sally created to share lifelike drawings of things she coveted but couldn’t have. Illustrations include glamorous shoes, must-have handbags, runway fashion, cult beauty products, and sparkling jewels.

Over brunch, Sally will share her story and conduct an inspiring talk about how to turn your passion into a thriving career.

4. Unleash Your Creativity!

Start the morning off with some creativity. You’ll have the opportunity to complete 4 beautiful watercolour artworks all before half of your friends are out of bed. Sally has created 4 outlines and a 3-page watercolour instruction guide to help you get started on your masterpiece. She will be offering tips & tricks throughout the session. All materials will be supplied so don’t worry if you’re lacking on the crafty side!

At the end of the workshop, you will receive a participation certificate signed by Sally and a cello bag to keep your artworks safe.
