Celebrate Butler In Bloom With Our Refreshing Lillet Spritz Menu and Floral Dessert

Spring is our favourite time of year and we’re back for the third instalment of Butler in Bloom.

Join us this November for the ultimate spritz and dessert session on our terrace. We have a fresh new refreshing Lillet Spritz menu available for $16 each or just $12 during golden hour! Plus, Head Chef Amber Doig has created a Coconut Panna Cotta for you to indulge!

Spritz Menu:

From 4pm – 6pm every day, all Spritz cocktails will be just $12 each for Golden Hour!

Lillet & Tonic | $16
Lillet Blanc Aperitif, cucumber, strawberry, tonic

Watermelon Rosé | $16
Lillet Rosé Aperitif, watermelon, mint, soda

Passionfruit Spritz | $16
Lillet Blanc Aperitif, salted passionfruit, lemon, rosemary, soda

Dessert Menu

Coconut Pana Cotta | $15
passionfruit mezcal syrup, caramelised white chocolate and mango sorbet

Bookings are available from Sunday – Thursday on the terrace and dining room between 4pm-6pm for a 2 hour sitting. Walk ins only on Friday and Saturdays. Book in below to enjoy alfresco dining as the sun goes down alongside a refreshing Spritz and indulgent panna cotta.
