The Style Edit International Women’s Day Breakfast Event Recap

The Style Edit hosted an International Women’s Day Breakfast at The Butler Potts Point.

On Wednesday 8th March, we hosted a special event for International Women’s Day in association with Dress for Success.

The event was hosted by Madeleine Park fashion stylist and creator of podcast series – Style Stories.

Guests were welcomed with peach bellinis on arrival and a breakfast grazing menu of fruit, pastries smoked salmon & cream cheese bagels and avocado sourdough toast.

Once seated, Madeleine lead a discussion and Q&A where she chatted with Dress for Success CEO Lesia Sadler on what International Women’s Day means to her and what Dress for Success stands for, along with “Empower Hour” client advocate Naima who shared her story of coming to Australia as a refugee, motherhood at an early age and her journey with DFS.

After this, guests had the opportunity to network and visit the make-up touch up bar for a quick lip and cheek colour match of products supplied by Estee Lauder. The morning was rounded off with a live auction which featured some great prizes such as accommodation stays and theatre experiences with guests departing with a goodie bag filled with many generous donations of product from brands such as Wrinkles Schminkles, Monday Shampoo, Allpress, Famous Soda and many more.

We thoroughly enjoyed hosting Madeleine Park and Dress for Success Sydney for their The Style Edit International Women’s Day Breakfast Event.
