Bonne Maman’s Breakfast Event at The Butler Potts Point.
On Wednesday 4th May, we hosted Bonne Maman for the launch of two limited edition product flavours, for Mother’s Day.
Featuring special guest, Kirsten Tibballs, Bonne Maman hosted a delicious breakfast event and launched two limited edition flavours of their spreads at The Butler, featuring: Strawberry, Raspberry and Elderflower & Lemon and Yuzu
Guests were treated to a custom plated breakfast menu featuring the new limited edition flavours. The dishes included, berry compote crepes with mascarpone, fresh berries and berry glaze and lemon yuzu tartlets along with breakfast pastries.
In edition, Celebrity Chef Kirsten Tibballs created a speciality cake, “The Charlotte Cake” for the occasion using the Strawberry and Raspberry jam, which was recreated by our own Head Chef Amber Doig for the day.
After a delicious Butler breakfast, guests had the opportunity to do a meet and greet with Kirstin Tibballs and to taste the full range of Bonne Maman’s jams, including the Orange Marmalade and Cherry Conserve, with a selection of different breads and fruits at the tasting table.
To top of the experience, all guests took home a sample of each of the Bonne Maman jam range, with each jar being personalised by the amazing calligrapher.
