Charming interiors and breathtaking city views, impressive dishes and delicious cocktails. What more could you ask for on the day of love? Head Chef Amber Doig curated a bespoke 6 course Valentine’s menu filled with love for $120pp with a glass of bubbles on arrival.

Tuesday 14 February

The Package:
$120 per person –
6 course bespoke banquet and a glass of bubbles on arrival.

To start:
Sydney rock oysters,
smoked tuna tartare, pickled cucumber, guajillo oil (GF, DF)
Ora king salmon tostada, macadamia salsa macha, avocado, xnipec (GF, DF)
Masa tempura zucchini flowers, poblano pepper, leek rajas, edamame green chile verde (V)
Burrata, pepita sesame red chile crunch, masa crispbread, fresh quelites (V, can be GF)
Glacier toothfish skewer in recado rojo, grilled over coals, salsa molcajete (GF, DF)

Mains:
Wagyu striploin,
grilled peppers, pickled shimeji, white onions, chimole (GF, DF)
Crispy baby potatoes, red chile garlic butter, homemade crema (GF, V)

To finish:
Brillat savarin, mānuka honey, toasted nuts, housemade lavosh (V, N)
Fresh fig, almond dacquoise, whipped ricotta, anejo caramel (GF, V, N)
