New Year’s Eve At The Butler Potts Point
Raise a toast to the new year at our Potts Point oasis with a glamorous dinner party and midnight Champagne toast.
Join us for an unforgettable evening as we bid farewell to 2025. Revel in the celebratory mood while dining on a bespoke menu by Chef Amber Doig. Highlights include a summer seafood platter, WA lobster gnocchi, dry aged sirloin grilled over coals and a selection of petit fours and cheese to finish.
