Melbourne Cup Day at The Butler Potts Point

We enjoyed the Spring Racing Carnival on 4th November, 2025.

Guests had the opportunity to leave the ordinary behind and soak up the scenic views at our Potts Point oasis.

Chef Amber Doig created an exclusive menu highlighting the fresh, spring produce. Dishes included burrata with spring peas and kale pepita pesto, green rice with sugar snaps, rib eye with whipped chipotle, morita butter, and a refreshing watermelon, mezcal and tajin dessert.
