Mardi Gras

Mardi Gras at The Butler

We’re hosting a series of special Mardi Gras events from 13th February to 1st March, 2026.

Applejack Hospitality is a proud partner of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2026. We’re celebrating over a decade of active support for the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras and the broader LGBTQIA+ community.

We’ve got an exciting line-up of events planned – kicking off with a fresh new wall mural and a special dinner hosted by Chef Amber with multi-disciplinary artist Arrnott Olssen.

We’ve also teamed up with Archie Rose, the official gin partner of Mardi Gras 2026, to shake up some incredible cocktails, with $1 from each special being donated to Qtopia Sydney throughout Mardi Gras. View the menu here.
