Applejack Hospitality is a proud partner of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2025. We’re celebrating over a decade of active support for the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras and the broader LGBTQIA+ community.

We offered a special cocktail menu, with highlights chosen from our annual Mardi Gras Cocktail Competition. $1 from each cocktail sold will be donated to Rainbow Families, the leading voice for LGBTQ+ families in Australia.
