Cocktail recipe: Watermelon Spritz

The Butler Potts Point Watermelon Spritz Cocktail

Pretend you’re sipping on spritz & soaking up Golden Hour on our terrace with this refreshing & delicious cocktail.

Serves 1.

Ingredients

30ml x Absolut vodka
30ml x watermelon cordial
15ml x lemon juice
60ml x Alpha Box & Dice Prosecco
30ml x sparkling water

Method

Add ingredients to a wine glass and stir to combine. Top the glass with ice and stir again.

Garnish with mint sprig OR fresh wedge of watermelon.
