Sip on the taste of Summer with this tropical delight!

Serves 1.

Ingredients

45ml x Barsol pisco
15ml x Tio peppe Fino Sherry
30ml x lemon juice
30ml x raspberry puree
15ml x Orgeat

Method

Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and skewered raspberries.
