What are your opening hours?

Our current opening hours are slightly different. Please see below.

Monday & Tuesday: 4pm – late
Wednesday – Sunday: 12pm – late

How can I make a booking?

Head to our Make A Booking Page to book a table for up to 10 guests.
For larger groups or exclusive events, please head to our Groups & Events page to find out more and make an enquiry.
We can currently take bookings for groups of up to 16 people.

What is your stance on vaccinations?

Getting vaccinated is an important step we need to take to bring us closer to life as we knew it. Our freedom to enjoy together time at Applejack is only a jab away! We promise all staff will be fully vaccinated and we want you to feel comfortable and safe while dining with us. We trust the guidance from NSW Health and in line with Government health orders, it will be expected that all our customers are fully vaccinated to help keep our community safeWe have rebranded from ‘Applejack’ to ‘Applejab to encourage people to get vaccinated against Covid-19This is vital so that we, and the entire hospitality community, can reopen for our customers in a safe environment. Read more here >

Do you accept walk-ins?

During the current climate, bookings are essential when dining with us. If you are in the area and would like to pop in, you will need to check-in at the host desk upon arrival and we will do our best to seat you.

I can’t make it to my booking anymore, what are my options?

If you are unable to make your booking, please contact us via phone 02 8354 0742 or email [email protected] as soon as you know. If you fail to show up, numbers decrease, or you cancel without at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of $50 per person.

Can I book The Butler for a private event?

Yes, The Butler is the perfect location to play host to your social or corporate event, whether intimate or lavish, we encourage creativity and provide flexibility in our space. We have 3 event spaces, available to hire throughout the week. The full venue is also available to hire for up to 150 people cocktail style. Head to our Groups & Events page to view our spaces, dining menus and to make an enquiry.

Do you cater for dietaries?

Yes we can cater for most special dietary requests, such as vegetarian and food allergies, however, some limitations apply. Please view our menu to see our Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian and Vegan options. Let our team know any food allergies or dietary requirements you may have & we will endeavour to accommodate for you the best we can!

Please note that whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free. 

Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?

Yes we have vegan and vegetarian options on our menu. These will be marked with a (V) or (VEGAN). Some dishes will also be able to be altered to make them Vegan. Please ask our friendly staff when placing your order.

Do you offer takeaway or delivery?

We currently do not offer takeaway or delivery for our menu.

Do you have highchairs?

No we do not have any highchairs in venue. We do have a few banquette tables which would be more suited for younger children.

Do you have wheelchair access?

No we do not have wheelchair access.

Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?

As much as we love all friendly pooches, we do not allow dogs in our restaurant or on the terrace.

How can I buy a gift card?

How can I provide feedback?

We always want to hear about our guests’ experiences, whether it’s a compliment, a suggestion, or feedback about something we could have done better. If you had a positive experience, then we would really appreciate if you left us a review on Facebook or Tripadvisor. We also place a high value on customer feedback and appreciate your honesty. If you have anything constructive that you feel might benefit our business, please do not hesitate to send through your thoughts directly to our manager at [email protected]. We always strive to improve our operation and genuinely value all your comments.

What is your Health & Hygiene policy?

Health and hygiene practices at our restaurant has always been of high importance, and we have implemented precautionary measures to ensure our environments continue to remain safe.

In an attempt to limit the transmission of COVID-19 virus and other diseases through contact, we have been proactively adhering to the advice issued by the Department of Health at both Federal and State levels. Before reopening any venue, we have been stringent in adhering to all guidelines and preparing our venues.
