We proudly supported Mardi Gras in 2024 with a special menu of Archie Rose cocktails.

Conveniently located in Potts Point, The Butler is an iconic Sydney destination a short walk from the hub of Mardi Gras events. It was the perfect sport to unwind before glamming up for all the fabulous events, while feasting on our flavourful menu, paired with gin cocktails.

We stand as a dedicated ally to the LGBTIQA+ community, advocating strongly for their rights and equality, with Applejack Hospitality being a proudly inclusive company.
